Customer Quality Manager(m/w/x)
Performing robust root cause analyses and developing quality systems for efficiency and sustainability solutions. Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years quality management experience required. Hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or equivalent role
- Deep understanding of quality processes, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (plus)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
Tasks
- Support the local quality strategy deployment
- Develop quality systems and tools
- Foster a strong organizational quality culture
- Implement prevention and continuous improvement strategies
- Perform robust root cause analyses
- Develop sustainable solutions to operational problems
- Collaborate with local functions to reach performance targets
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team
- Identify root causes of customer issues systematically
- Track corrective activities using the PPS tool
- Present quality reports and initiatives to customers
- Follow up systematically on agreed customer actions
- Monitor and ensure timely closure of customer cases
- Define containment, corrective, and preventive actions
- Facilitate Level 2 Quality Circles
- Escalate critical cases to management when necessary
- Improve manufacturing First Pass Yield metrics
- Monitor and reduce Supplier PPM and Customer DPU
- Optimize the overall Cost of Poor Quality
