Work Experience

Tasks
- •Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers
- •Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat
- •Gather and share customer feedback with the business
- •Collaborate with departments to enhance the customer journey
- •Identify and resolve customer payment queries
- •Assist customers in their preferred language using bilingual skills
- •Manage customer queries from escalation to resolution
- •Offer alternative solutions to help customers effectively
- •Contribute to the NPS score by preventing and resolving issues
- •Perform administrative tasks for current customers
- •Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- •Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs
- •Use Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, and other software tools
- •Support team members for quick customer resolution
- •Fill in for other teams and colleagues as needed
- •Work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- •Demonstrate values of openness, interest, proactivity, and brightness
