  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and customer marketing platforms

Tasks

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure customer value realization and adoption
  • Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities with Sales and Customer Success
  • Tailor demand generation campaigns for customer retention and expansion
  • Scale the customer advocacy program with case studies, testimonials, and reviews
  • Identify and nurture customer champions for active advocacy
  • Create engaging customer marketing activities tailored to regional needs
  • Plan and manage customer engagement programs like webinars and events
  • Run customer advisory boards to inform product direction
  • Execute customer-focused events, including user conferences and regional activations
  • Engage third-party experts and partners to enhance credibility
  • Manage program logistics, vendors, and budgets for high-quality delivery
