  • Experience in Customer Analytics, Growth Analytics, Performance Management, Strategy or similar role
  • Comfortable working with incomplete, messy, or missing data
  • Proactive identification of needed data and stakeholder collaboration for acquisition/approximation
  • Strong hypothesis-driven mindset and ability to derive actionable insights under uncertainty
  • Ability to translate complex analytical relationships into clear business narratives
  • Skilled stakeholder management: challenging, aligning, and influencing functions in resistant environments
  • Pragmatic approach: balancing analytical rigor with speed and business relevance
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
  • Very strong German language skills (C1/C2 level) for communication in German-speaking environments
  • Professional English skills
  • Bonus: Experience in financial services or regulated industries

Tasks

  • Design three-layer Journey KPI framework
  • Implement KPI framework for customer perception, behavior, and business impact
  • Connect priority journeys to relevant data sources
  • Identify and close data gaps with stakeholder alignment
  • Define KPI ownership, baseline values, and performance benchmarks
  • Identify value leakage and quantify economic benefits
  • Conduct driver and root cause analyses
  • Translate findings into economic trade-offs and improvement levers
  • Establish recurring journey performance reporting
  • Design hypothesis-driven testing and experimentation
  • Integrate journey KPIs into management-level decision processes
