  • •Facilitate change management for user communities
  • •Perform analyses for customer segmentation and CRM optimization
  • •Prepare documentation and user guides
  • •Create communication content and training materials
  • •Assist with reporting and tracking KPIs
  • •Maintain and improve customer master data quality
