Requirements

  • Completion of first semesters of business-related studies with focus on marketing or sales
  • Practical experience through internships in sales or marketing
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Pivot or Tableau is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented team player with excellent collaboration and organizational skills

Tasks

  • Support the Global Customer Excellence team
  • Assist with the MSL AI Chatbot project
  • Drive the implementation of an AI-supported chatbot
  • Track the dashboard to identify potential gaps
  • Recommend improvements based on dashboard insights
  • Participate in data-based portfolio optimization
  • Define must stock lists and hero SKUs
  • Support offline and e-commerce channel strategies
