Requirements
- •Ability to travel for work
- •Degree in Law, Business, Finance, (Aerospace) Engineering, or equivalent experience
- •Several years of experience in international commercial contracting or legal environment
- •Several years of experience in drafting and/or negotiating commercial contracts in English or equivalent experience
- •Understanding of English law regarding commercial contracts
- •High degree of business understanding
- •Customer minded with strong intercultural understanding
- •Diplomacy, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- •Strong stakeholder and relationship management
- •Ability to reach agreements on a non-confrontational win-win basis
- •Team player with a positive attitude
- •Ability to participate in transversal, international projects
- •Ability to work in a self-directed, autonomous mode
- •English language skills at negotiation level, additional languages a plus

Bachelor's degree

- •Build and draft commercial contracts
- •Negotiate and approve contracts
- •Manage the contract lifecycle
- •Implement and follow up on amendments and renewals
- •Handle contract terminations and disputes
- •Harmonize customer contracting experiences
- •Support management of commercial policies
- •Provide guidance on contractual compliance
- •Assist internal stakeholders with contractual topics
- •Support Airbus campaigns with negotiation guidance
- •Drive digitalization of contract lifecycle management
