Customer and Quality Assurance Engineer Space(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will be the go-to person for quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle, managing activities and ensuring compliance with various standards. Your work will involve coordinating responses to quality issues and driving improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in an advanced technical discipline or several years of equivalent professional experience
• •Deep understanding of space-specific quality standards and best practices
• •Knowledge of EEE Quality and Parts Approval procedures
• •Very good written and spoken English and German skills
• •Good SAP R/3 and MS Office skills
• •Excellent communication skills with persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence
• •Ability to deal with complex and difficult situations
• •Independent and goal-oriented way of working in an international environment
• •Willingness to travel
• •Flexibility and ability to work in a team

Tasks

• •Serve as the focal point for all quality questions throughout the program lifecycle
• •Manage customer-related quality assurance activities
• •Ensure compliance with quality requirements from RTX, Collins, customers, and regulatory standards
• •Coordinate internally and externally to address quality deviations and non-conformities
• •Drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) and problem resolution
• •Prepare, review, and release product and process quality assurance documents and reports
• •Support internal and external audits
• •Promote quality compliance and continuous improvement
• •Assist with product and production process changes and work transfers
