- Enable scalable and responsible Business AI
- Strengthen fact-based decision making
- Accelerate AI-driven productivity
- Ensure trusted Single Source of Truth (SSoT) through CSE Data Platform
- Own end-to-end CSE Business AI, analytics, and data enablement agenda
- Provide functional leadership for Data Engineering DWH and Data & AI Enablement teams
- Steward CSE SSoT Data Platform for reliable operations, quality, scalability, and adoption
- Define and enforce BI enablement, reporting standards, and analytics governance
- Sponsor AI business enablement initiatives
- Guide Copilot adoption and enablement
- Lead AI Change Agent Network
- Support Citizen Data Scientist Program
- Establish and improve data governance, data quality management, and reporting standards
- Enable responsible and effective use of data and AI through self-service tooling
- Translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions
- Drive change adoption in business functions
- Partner with business stakeholders for solution alignment
- Collaborate with WHQ UDA and Engineering AI teams
- Oversee cross-functional data and AI initiatives
- Ensure delivery, governance, and measurable outcomes
