Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Several years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within e-commerce or DTC environment
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions
- Experience analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns based on key performance metrics
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and segmentation (plus)
Tasks
- Plan, create, and optimize email/WhatsApp lifecycle campaigns
- Develop and refine CRM strategy
- Focus on retention, activation, and customer loyalty
- Analyze campaign performance using key KPIs
- Derive data-driven insights for campaigns
- Identify optimization opportunities for campaigns
- Design and manage A/B tests to improve CRM
- Improve customer experience
