Requirements

  • •At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Loyalty Marketing
  • •Passion for tech topics and enthusiasm for mastering new tools and platforms
  • •Strong understanding of SQL, data flows, and segmentation logic
  • •Proficient experience with an email service provider, experience with personalization tools
  • •Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
  • •Practical experience in conceiving and conducting A/B tests
  • •Deep understanding of Customer Journeys and Lifecycle Marketing
  • •Good experience in stakeholder management or working in cross-functional teams
  • •Team player with enthusiasm and commitment
  • •Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
