Requirements
- •Credit risk experience covering banks, broker dealers, insurers, regulated funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions
- •Sound understanding of derivative and secured financing transactions and cash products across fixed income and equities
- •Strong familiarity with financial statement analysis and credit risk metrics
- •Prior experience in dealing with front office stakeholders
- •Comfortable interacting with senior management and communicating within risk management and relevant business areas
- •Ability to be a self-starter and manage multiple stakeholder expectations
- •English (written and spoken); fluency in 1 or 2 European languages viewed favorably
- •Team player with ability to get along with different personality types across multiple locations
- •Ability to produce high quality credit analysis from front to end
- •Capacity to operate in fast-paced and demanding business environment
- •Collaboration with diverse people across the organization
- •Ability to identify underlying causes of problems and define a clear vision for the future
- •Evaluate options for resolving problems and prioritize actions or recommendations
- •Inspire team members through effective communication and motivate productivity
- •Engage in professional development and promote knowledge sharing

- •Analyze counterparties and assign ratings
- •Conduct credit risk analysis for financial institutions
- •Approve new clients and set credit limits
- •Perform due diligence calls and visits
- •Negotiate credit terms in legal documents
- •Implement and manage credit limits per risk appetite
- •Analyze economic and market developments
- •Report relevant events to senior risk management
- •Manage counterparty risk exposure and trade approval
- •Liaise with front office on transaction structures
- •Agree on trading terms and propose risk mitigations
- •Ensure adherence to credit risk limits
- •Identify and monitor exposure concentrations
- •Analyze stress testing results and take action
- •Participate in credit risk projects and initiatives
- •Receive product training and mentoring
