Requirements

  • 3+ years in creative technology, digital art, or experimental media
  • Strong visual portfolio, creative excellence
  • Deep knowledge of FLUX ecosystem, ComfyUI, training frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of diffusion models or flow matching, finetuning, distillation
  • Deep understanding of generative AI and diffusion models
  • Active presence in creative AI community (X, Discord, YouTube)
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting, rapid prototyping
  • Experience creating social media content with traction
  • Experience supporting sales/GTM teams with creative assets, technical feasibility
