- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain sustainable and profitable growth
- Develop a motivated operational team

- Represent the company to customers, government, and unions
- Evaluate and maintain customer relationships
- Contact prospective customers
- Meet customers regularly
- Monitor national market developments
- Track competitor activities
- Prepare and present the Annual Operating Plan
- Define annual investments
- Implement an effective organizational structure
- Ensure quality management system compliance
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Comply with national legislation
- Promote a positive company image
- Explore new business opportunities
