- Drive process simplification and reduce complexity in governance and fiduciary functions
- Establish and maintain local governance in compliance with regulations
- Act as authorized signatory for statutory, tax, treasury, and HSE requirements
- Represent ABB locally in associations and government bodies
- Manage key partnerships and external stakeholders across local businesses
- Oversee real estate management across the country
- Ensure compliance with local fiduciary finance requirements and US GAAP
- Lead or support local aspects of global projects, including M&A and reorganizations
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure timely remediation of findings
- Act as local leadership for corporate functions such as Communications, Government Relations, HR, Legal, Tax, and Treasury
