Requirements

  • •Technical knowledge in IT, OT, cloud
  • •Familiarity with ISO 27001, IEC 62443
  • •Executive communication and stakeholder management
  • •Fluent German
  • •Degree in engineering, computer science, or similar
  • •Preferred: ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CISA

Tasks

  • •Lead cybersecurity governance and risk management
  • •Align local operations with group policies
  • •Ensure compliance with German regulatory requirements
  • •Identify and assess IT and OT risks
  • •Translate technical findings into business language
  • •Report incidents and metrics to leadership
  • •Implement the global cybersecurity model locally
  • •Oversee security-by-design and procurement requirements
  • •Manage cybersecurity in supplier-managed services
  • •Develop and track mitigation action plans
  • •Lead regulatory audits for NIS2 and KRITIS
  • •Monitor threat detection and vulnerability management
  • •Maintain and test incident response plans
  • •Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs
  • •Coordinate closely with senior leadership and business units
