Tasks
- Operate and develop local IT infrastructure
- Manage secure IT environment and on-site Micro Data Center
- Support secure development and delivery capabilities
- Extend technical and structural infrastructure components
- Support security accreditation processes
- Administer relevant systems and security technologies
- Provide technical support for SAP processes
- Coordinate with external IT service providers and technology partners
- Manage secure IT operations with central SAP SS&D
- Administer and maintain virtualized environments
- Set up new virtual machines
- Manage Active Directory components and secure identity/access controls
- Handle backup and recovery operations using VEEAM
- Manage IT asset lifecycle and compliance
- Provision and support hardened clients
- Analyze logs and detect anomalies using SIEM systems
- Support incident response and mitigation
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulatory requirements
- Enable classified development projects
- Learn and apply strict customer information handling requirements
- Conduct guided tours of infrastructure for stakeholders and customers
