Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
- 8+ years professional experience, 5+ years in Automotive Fleet Sales, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management
- Strong experience managing regional/international key accounts
- Proven track record in B2B sales, fleet business development, partnership management
- Experience leading large tenders, RFP processes, regional framework agreements
- Strong understanding of automotive fleet structures, mobility solutions, indirect sales channels
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, relationship-building skills
- Experience with National Sales Companies and multi-country commercial organizations
- Strong commercial acumen focused on revenue growth, profitability, ROI
- Results-driven, highly accountable, comfortable in complex stakeholder environments
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
Tasks
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Manage key corporate accounts
- Lead complex fleet and mobility sales
- Accelerate revenue growth
- Build scalable commercial frameworks
- Plan and implement sales to major accounts
- Grow relationships with existing clients
- Identify and utilize account management opportunities
- Establish broad client relationships internationally
- Understand and apply product line knowledge
- Drive revenue across B2B, Fleet, Employee Benefit, and Indirect Sales
- Develop regional key account frameworks
- Support large-scale corporate customers in Europe
- Act as regional interface for major partners
- Support local markets and National Sales Companies
- Lead fleet and mobility tenders
- Coordinate commercial, pricing, legal, and operational requirements
- Establish partnerships with lead aggregators
- Partner with leasing consultants and mobility providers
- Develop regional contract standards
- Create governance frameworks
- Develop sales processes for scalable growth
- Guide local sales teams on fleet sales
- Support partnership management
- Develop key account strategies
- Manage external sales partners
- Monitor and review KPIs
- Benchmark market offerings
- Identify competitive positioning opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze sales performance
- Prepare management reports
- Provide business improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and National Sales Companies
