- Strong financial modelling skills and business case building experience
- Solid understanding of M&A processes and basic legal frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and technology affinity
- Proven project management skills, managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex topics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and drive for results
- English fluency

Tasks
- Support end-to-end M&A transactions
- Coordinate multiple workstreams
- Lead due diligence processes
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Perform financial modeling
- Conduct company valuations
- Build robust business cases
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams
- Review contracts and transitional service agreements
- Reflect business needs in negotiations
- Prepare high-quality presentations
- Create materials for senior stakeholders
- Identify potential acquisition targets
- Evaluate targets through market research
- Collaborate with internal and external networks
- Support post-merger integration
- Assist with carve-out activities
- Build strong internal relationships
- Act as a trusted partner on corporate development
