Requirements

• Senior experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, or Public Affairs
• Leadership in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments
• Management of external relations, crisis communications, and change
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive strategic priorities and business transformation

Tasks

• Deploy regional functional strategies aligned with cluster priorities
• Drive business success through external engagement
• Protect the business's freedom to operate
• Deliver the cluster Operating Plan and Strategy
• Partner with the Leadership Team on business results
• Advise leadership on external and internal threats
• Create strategies to enhance business opportunities
• Build and maintain a high-performing team
• Manage direct and dotted line reports
• Allocate resources across markets for optimal ROI
• Manage external agency support and partnerships
• Engage and develop Corporate Affairs Associates
• Lead strategic integrated communications for the cluster
• Ensure quality and consistency in all communications
• Mobilize Associates against business strategy and purpose
• Partner with P&O on regional change programs
• Represent brands to media and customers
• Engage with government, regulators, and NGOs
• Liaise with key opinion leaders and local communities
• Represent company interests in relevant Trade Associations
• Lead crisis and issues management across the cluster
• Coordinate with Legal and regional leaders on continuity
• Manage crisis-related media relations and responses
• Drive efficiency in consumer care operations
• Provide consumer insights to the business
