In this role, you will navigate the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while collaborating with various teams. You will build strong relationships with executives, consult on business needs, and drive transformation through Pigment's innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • First-hand experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance product
  • Extensive experience in prospecting and developing a corporate market across DACH
  • Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification methodology
  • Ability to partner with business leaders and executives, develop long-term relationships, and close deals
  • Affinity for tech and product issues or relevant experience in finance or business planning
  • Track record of creating significant revenue impact and deep relationships
  • Resourcefulness, resilience, and creative problem-solving skills

Tasks

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Coordinate collaboration with customer success and technical teams
  • Drive complex sales cycles involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Create detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas
  • Build relationships with executives across various industries
  • Consult with prospects and customers on business objectives
  • Model use cases demonstrating Pigment's business transformation capabilities
  • Provide after-sales support with the customer success team
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records in Salesforce
  • Analyze sales insights and experiment with new growth tactics
