Tasks

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Manage and operate the site CMMS system
  • Raise and follow up on supplier orders
  • Address supplier queries
  • Input engineers' timesheets into relevant systems
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and annual customer reports
  • Produce quotations in the required format
  • Update and upload information to client systems promptly
  • Liaise with the operations team at all levels
  • Raise work orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow up on old work orders to ensure closure
  • Focus on keeping WIP below three months
  • Compile information for credit notes
  • Resolve invoice queries effectively
  • Organize general filing and work area
  • Raise invoices for completed works promptly
  • Perform general administration duties as needed
  • Ensure a positive representation of the company
  • Attend team briefings as required
  • Cooperate with the company to fulfill legal obligations
