  • •Advise senior management on contract risks and legal implications
  • •Manage and monitor contracts throughout their entire lifecycle
  • •Collaborate with clients and legal departments to facilitate negotiations
  • •Perform thorough compliance checks against legal and regulatory standards
  • •Help operational teams resolve issues and accelerate contract completion
  • •Support change processes and post-contract management
  • •Develop detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • •Apply updated contract law knowledge to improve internal processes
