You will drive the energy transition by managing complex offshore contracts, from initial drafting and negotiation to ensuring seamless, compliant execution for large-scale grid projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in business law, engineering, law, maritime studies, or comparable qualification
  • Ideally additional training in contract or project management
  • Several years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
  • Experience in complex offshore or large-scale projects
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with contract and document management systems
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments

Tasks

  • Draft contracts for offshore grid connection tenders
  • Lead contract negotiations through to final award
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Manage and document contract-compliant project execution
  • Develop and continuously improve contract standards
  • Support the handling of insurance claims
  • Implement contractual processes for international large-scale projects
  • Analyze completed contracts to evaluate opportunities and risks
  • Optimize contract processes and partner communication
  • Ensure strict compliance with all contractual obligations
