Requirements

  • •Degree in business law, engineering, law, maritime studies, or comparable qualification
  • •Ideally additional training in contract or project management
  • •Several years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
  • •Experience in complex offshore or large-scale projects
  • •Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
  • •Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • •Experience with contract and document management systems
  • •Willingness to travel
  • •Ability to operate in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Draft contracts for offshore grid connection tenders
  • •Lead contract negotiations through to final award
  • •Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • •Manage and document contract-compliant project execution
  • •Develop and continuously improve contract standards
  • •Support the handling of insurance claims
  • •Implement contractual processes for international large-scale projects
  • •Analyze completed contracts to evaluate opportunities and risks
  • •Optimize contract processes and partner communication
  • •Ensure strict compliance with all contractual obligations
