Tasks
- Represent the company to customers and subcontractors on contractual matters.
- Interface with Program Directors on execution objectives.
- Provide commercial guidance, ensuring financial integrity.
- Validate contractual compliance across all programs.
- Support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in Board of Directors meetings.
- Manage and oversee all contractual aspects with customers and suppliers.
- Handle financial, legal, and Non-Disclosure Agreement matters.
- Ensure compliance with framework contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Manage DCS approvals.
- Chair the Proposal Working Group, driving progress.
- Ensure supplier offers meet customer requirements and company financial objectives.
- Lead proposal preparation and contractual term negotiation.
- Finalize negotiations and execute contract awards using delegated authority.
- Initiate and monitor export license applications.
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations.
- Lead financial preparation of the Business Plan and company budget.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Submit plans and budgets for approval.
- Monitor and manage program financial performance.
- Align performance with annual objectives and approved budget.
- Control Delivery and Purchase Orders.
- Manage funding allocation, expenditure profiles, withholds, and penalties.
- Flow down withholds and penalties to suppliers.
- Direct cash management activities.
- Monitor receivables.
- Advise on supplier payment flow-downs.
- Support National Price Audit preparation.
- Verify cost reporting accuracy.
- Provide financial and contractual reports to the President.
- Conduct weekly briefings for the President.
- Report to the Board of Directors quarterly.
- Oversee the annual financial closing process and related analyses.
- Ensure financial closing accuracy and consistency.
- Resolve all audit matters.
- Report contractual and financial program status to customers.
