- Support contract structuring and negotiation.
- Review and comment on warranty, guarantee, and suretyship texts.
- Review and comment on bond accessions.
- Develop and negotiate consortium agreements.
- Develop and negotiate joint venture agreements.
- Contribute to preparing and implementing framework agreements.
- Prepare contractual analyses.
- Prepare risk assessments.
- Prepare recommendations.
- Present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and document claims with customers and suppliers.
- Negotiate claims with customers and suppliers.
- Enforce and defend claims with customers and suppliers.
- Support claim prevention.
- Mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Train managers on contractual, commercial, and claim topics.
- Coordinate and monitor legal disputes.
- Ensure effective claim enforcement or defense.
- Lead one employee.
