Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Extensive senior-level consumer marketing experience
  • Extensive senior-level DTC/DTP experience
  • Extensive senior-level digital marketing experience
  • Experience in pharma, consumer health, animal health, or relevant consumer goods sectors
  • USA Consumer experience is a nice to have
  • Designing and scaling end-to-end consumer journeys
  • Designing and scaling engagement models
  • Strategic capability in marketing technology
  • Strategic capability in analytics
  • Strategic capability in data platforms
  • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to operate in highly regulated, global matrix environments
  • Executive level stakeholder management
  • Executive level influencing skills
  • Analytical, data-driven, and consumer-centric mindset
  • Experience in digital technologies

  • Define and lead consumer experience strategy for TA Obesity & Liver Health
  • Position consumer centricity as a top priority and strategic advantage
  • Develop consumer-first engagement strategy using data and insights
  • Design full-funnel engagement models from awareness to retention
  • Establish consumer health and goods thinking as a core differentiator
  • Define technology vision and partner with IT and data analytics
  • Orchestrate and partner with global brand heads and other departments
  • Align innovation with the US Consumer Head for global scalability
  • Lead relationships with strategic external partners
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
  • Embed consumer-centric decision-making across the organization
