Consultant - Healthcare Data Analytics(m/w/x)
Supporting healthcare data analytics with Python and SQL for a global data platform. 4+ years of data analytics experience in healthcare required. 30 days/year work from abroad, flex-time.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, modeling, or applied statistics, ideally within healthcare or data-intensive field
- Proven Python and SQL skills
- Proven experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Dashboard design and data storytelling
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows
- Data wrangling, structured databases, and conceptual design of data models and analytics solutions
- Ability to build and deploy end-to-end data pipelines and architectures
- Experience with cloud-based data environments (AWS preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
- Basic understanding of healthcare KPIs, quality metrics, or benchmarking concepts (advantageous)
- Highly structured, curious, and motivated
- Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
Tasks
- Join international data professional team
- Support healthcare data analytics
- Collect, process, and analyze healthcare data
- Develop new data-driven products
- Participate in benchmarking and quality development projects
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams
- Work with large, diverse datasets
- Transform raw data into structured information
- Contribute to automation of analytical workflows
- Ensure reliable, scalable healthcare data infrastructure
- Maintain and develop ranking and rating databases
- Implement and optimize data pipelines
- Collaborate on data pilots and benchmarking projects
- Design and develop metrics
- Score and analyze project results
- Interact directly with clients
- Integrate and clean external datasets
- Standardize data from hospitals and partners
- Develop and document data models
- Create scoring frameworks
- Support Unified Health Database development
- Contribute to Healthcare Data Platform
- Perform internal analyses and reporting
- Improve data quality and performance metrics
- Ensure data validation and reproducibility
- Conduct peer reviews and internal QA checks
- Propose new data-driven healthcare products
- Suggest improvements to existing workflows
