- •Write SQL queries and apply Oracle DB concepts
- •Triage and resolve support inquiries for German- and English-speaking customers
- •Write and maintain tips and troubleshooting guides
- •Understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and their alignment with customer processes
- •Manage all support needs for assigned customers end-to-end
- •Coordinate with the release team during system upgrades
- •Lead monthly performance review calls with customers
