Requirements

Tasks

  • •Implement end-to-end processes within Infor CloudSuite

  • •Maintain system configurations to improve end-user experience
  • •Manage day-to-day operations and incident management activities
  • •Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements
  • •Identify and resolve issues within system applications
  • •Oversee order processing, pricing, and sales performance tools
  • •Manage warehouse, transport, and freight cost applications
  • •Coordinate customer order returns and invoicing processes
  • •Verify software integration compliance and interface specifications
  • •Conduct impact analyses for monthly code drop releases
  • •Assist business teams with SIT and UAT requirements
  • •Translate requirements into technical designs and configuration documents
