Tasks
- Manage Veeva Vault modules for Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial
- Analyze and visualize business processes for digitalization
- Configure and validate processes
- Create and execute configuration plans and UATs
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for VeeVA Vault Platform
- Lead and participate in Veeva implementation projects
- Create and review documents
- Develop SOPs, reports, analyses, and KPIs
- Manage user access and training for VeeVA Platform
- Optimize processes and manage interfaces
- Serve as central quality contact for departments
- Identify and evaluate process improvements
- Implement process improvements along the value chain
- Initiate and lead projects for continuous improvement
