- Continuously improve the European compliance program
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal policies
- Conduct proactive compliance risk assessments across business functions
- Identify potential compliance gaps
- Propose effective mitigation strategies
- Develop compliance training programs
- Deliver compliance training to employees and management
- Support rigorous compliance with EU sanctions
- Support rigorous compliance with export controls
- Support rigorous compliance with trade rules
- Support rigorous compliance with anti-corruption measures
- Assist with compliance for EU FSR
- Assist with compliance for EU IPI/IAA
- Coordinate internal information gathering for regulatory inquiries
- Contribute to ESG initiatives
- Contribute to supply chain due diligence
- Ensure adherence to sustainability and responsible sourcing regulations
- Conduct thorough compliance due diligence on third parties
- Identify legal, regulatory, or reputational risks
- Mitigate identified legal, regulatory, or reputational risks
