Tasks
- Identify and evaluate potential global non-compliance risks
- Develop mitigation strategies for compliance risks
- Respond to compliance approval requests for events and activities in the EMEA region
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management
- Make recommendations for compliance improvements
- Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Align compliance processes with changing regulations
- Collaborate with global departments on compliance issues
- Provide training to employees on compliance-related topics
- Act as a subject matter expert on compliance requirements
- Assist with investigations into compliance breaches
