- •Deep understanding of BaFin Rulebooks, (EU) regulations, and global compliance standards
- •Sound judgement and ability to operate autonomously
- •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tasks
- •Develop and implement a compliance monitoring program
- •Serve as the primary contact for BaFin
- •Ensure accurate submissions and timely reporting
- •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidance
- •Identify and escalate compliance breaches
- •Oversee corrective actions for compliance issues
- •Manage ongoing compliance risk assessments
- •Draft and maintain compliance policies
- •Deliver Board reports on compliance risks
- •Lead training to promote regulatory awareness
- •Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability
