Compliance and procurement specialist(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will bridge compliance and business growth by managing KYC and AML processes, resolving alerts, and supporting Sales and Customer Success. You will also enhance the compliance tech stack and foster a culture of integrity through training.

Requirements

• •Prior experience supporting a Compliance or Legal function
• •Proven risk analysis experience in KYC, AML, and ABC assessments
• •Investigative expertise in resolving screening alerts
• •Experience preparing documentation for external audits
• •Commercial acumen balancing compliance standards and business needs
• •Strong interpersonal skills for team alignment
• •Analytical mindset with urge to automate tasks
• •High level of precision and detail orientation
• •Deep understanding of regulatory fundamentals
• •Resilient and autonomous work style
• •Experience with Moody’s Compliance Catalyst or similar tools
• •Basic understanding of GDPR practicalities
• •Previous exposure to B2B tech environments or startups

Tasks

• •Manage the KYC and AML due diligence pipeline for compliant customer onboarding
• •Investigate sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media to resolve complex 'Red Flag' alerts
• •Serve as the main operational contact for Sales and Customer Success teams
• •Test and define risk logic for scalable KYC processes
• •Administer internal procurement guidelines and manage purchase orders in the Moss platform
• •Conduct a comprehensive audit of vendor contracts to create a single source of truth for subscriptions and licenses
• •Execute GDPR workflows, including ROPA updates and DSR triage, to maintain data privacy
• •Facilitate company-wide ethics and compliance training to promote a culture of integrity
