Tasks
- Provide data-led oversight on business and compliance matters
- Work closely with business teams and stakeholders
- Support and enhance compliance culture
- Identify and assess compliance risks through thorough reviews
- Investigate potential market abuse and financial crime
- Conduct investigations of compliance risk events or breaches
- Oversee and challenge corrective actions and preventative measures
- Implement compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with 1LOD, Compliance teams, and legal functions
- Identify and investigate potential money laundering and terrorist financing
- Perform prescribed activities to a high standard
- Drive continuous improvement
- Lead and supervise a team
- Guide and support professional development
- Allocate work requirements and coordinate team resources
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors (Listen, Energise, Align, Develop)
- Develop technical expertise in work area
- Impact related teams within the area
- Partner with other functions and business areas
