  • •Implement strategic direction of the P&C Reward and Recognition chapter
  • •Ensure fair and competitive employee compensation
  • •Lead continuous improvement projects for employee motivation
  • •Develop programs that value and motivate employees
  • •Drive innovative compensation solutions compliant with regulations
  • •Provide expert guidance on complex compensation topics
  • •Support communication of rewards programs as part of Employee Value proposition
  • •Upskill and educate People Leaders on reward topics
  • •Contribute to the strategic vision of the compensation function
