Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Human Resources
- •Knowledge of common grading frameworks (e.g. WTW, Mercer)
- •Team player with collaboration skills
- •Analytical and quality mindset
- •Proactivity and organizational skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Fluency in English and German

Tasks
- •Coordinate the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- •Collaborate with colleagues in other EU countries for a harmonized approach
- •Co-create implementation concepts with Recruiting, Communications, and Legal
- •Design training and communication materials for line managers and employees
- •Shape and maintain a clear grading framework and transparent salary structures
- •Prepare decision documents for the Supervisory Board and Managing Board
- •Contribute to the evolution of the Managing Board’s remuneration system
- •Assist in the annual preparation of the remuneration report
