Tasks
- Coordinate the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Collaborate with colleagues in other EU countries for a harmonized approach
- Co-create implementation concepts with Recruiting, Communications, and Legal
- Design training and communication materials for line managers and employees
- Shape and maintain a clear grading framework and transparent salary structures
- Prepare decision documents for the Supervisory Board and Managing Board
- Contribute to the evolution of the Managing Board’s remuneration system
- Assist in the annual preparation of the remuneration report
