Requirements

- Experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, business development
- Master’s degree in relevant subject
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills

Tasks
- Manage and activate the partner ecosystem
- Support day-to-day management of the partner portfolio
- Maintain structured engagement plans, trackers, and contact records
- Connect partners to relevant Centre activities
- Track commitments, engagement, and opportunities across partners
- Prioritize partner engagement by identifying focus areas
- Anticipate engagement needs and proactively plan touchpoints
- Ensure partner satisfaction with regular feedback sessions
- Drive the invitation process for the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity
- Coordinate bilateral meetings with partners during key events
- Enable partner growth and outreach
- Identify potential partners and maintain a pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams for partner acquisition
- Prepare background materials and briefings
- Coordinate outreach activities
- Monitor and analyze partner engagement
- Maintain up-to-date data on partner engagement
- Produce regular engagement snapshots
- Flag partners requiring re-engagement
- Provide insights for prioritization and decision-making
- Support the delivery of the CISO Community
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics of the CISO Community
- Ensure smooth execution of CISO Community meetings
- Track follow-ups for CISO Community meetings
