- Postgraduate qualification is a plus
- Several years of experience in commercial roles
- Experience in B2B or MedTech/high-tech environments
- Strong understanding of commercial operations
- Strong understanding of pricing principles
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles
- Understanding of margin and cost structures
- Ability to lead through influence across functions
- Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience with BI/reporting tools
- High level of ownership
- Result orientation
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills in English
- German language skills are a strong advantage
Tasks
- Shape and drive revenue and profitability
- Translate market data into commercial actions
- Develop and implement revenue strategies
- Create price architectures and discount frameworks
- Define key revenue KPIs
- Ensure transparency on commercial performance
- Identify revenue and margin opportunities
- Build business cases for pricing initiatives
- Track impact of pricing measures
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
- Support customer negotiations with commercial guidance
- Strengthen revenue management capabilities
- Develop training and guidelines
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Enhance revenue management tools and reporting
