- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness, or similar roles
- Advanced Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM reporting, forecasting, incentive modeling
- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, data storytelling, project management, collaboration
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics
- Evaluate customer segmentation for strategic decisions
- Define and track KPIs across commercial functions
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven evaluations
- Assess new opportunities, partnerships, and product launches
- Collaborate with IT and innovation teams on emerging tools
- Extract actionable insights from CRM data with the CRM Administrator
