- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Sound understanding of Semiconductor/Distribution business processes
- Proven BI tools experience (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI)
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Project Management
- Analytical thinking and strong data accuracy focus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Very good English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Team player with strong drive for success
- Excellent organizational skills and high assertiveness
Tasks
- Conduct commercial negotiations with customers in the region
- Manage and optimize the pricebook with commercial and product managers
- Oversee quotation and distribution pricing for strategy alignment
- Own regional margin and revenue performance
- Drive actions to achieve financial targets
- Manage allocation to balance demand and supply
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Engage sales on strategic customer initiatives
- Provide marketing insights to strengthen customer relationships
