  • •Collaborate with Field Sales, Clinical/Product Education, and Marketing teams
  • •Become a Subject Matter Expert on da Vinci® Surgical System management
  • •Achieve expert-level certification for da Vinci® Surgical Systems and accessories
  • •Educate commercial employees to train and support da Vinci® customers
  • •Become a Subject Matter Expert in general, colorectal, gynecologic, thoracic, and urology surgeries
  • •Obtain expert-level certification in da Vinci® surgical procedure lectures
  • •Educate commercial employees on clinical procedures for sales training
  • •Manage technical and clinical segments of new hire training programs
  • •Execute existing clinical and technical training programs for current employees
  • •Administer online testing and post-training evaluations
  • •Build training program agendas with mentor or manager support
  • •Follow Standard Operating Procedures and training processes
