- •2–5 years of B2B experience, ideally in inside sales or account coordination
- •Strong communication skills and structured, customer-focused mindset
- •Solid commercial awareness and understanding of pricing logic
- •Organized, detail-oriented and multi-priority management skills
- •Proactive follow-up mentality and solution-driven approach
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally in structured sales environments
- •Technical affinity (PCB knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)
