Requirements
- Success in leading complex and commercially significant sales
- 10+ years of full cycle sales experience
- At least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
- Average of 5+ years of full cycle sales experience preferred
- At least 3 years in the field with a proven track record of success
- Track record of overachievement in quota carrying software sales roles
- Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building business
- Strong focus on delivering customer success with consultative sales approach
- Value speaking directly and honestly with others’ best interests
- Highly collaborative team player with company-first mentality
- Business fluent in both German and English
