  • Understanding of technology development and commercialization
  • Negotiation experience on contractual and pricing terms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team leadership skills and high accountability

Tasks

  • Support commercial and contractual needs across the business
  • Provide direct support to project teams from inception to completion
  • Contribute to sales strategies developed by Sales and Commercial leaders
  • Support peers in pursuit of global client engagements
  • Review, evaluate, and assess potential project commercial risks
  • Prepare and present project risk reviews and assessments
  • Participate in business planning, marketing, and strategy meetings
  • Define commercial strategies to deliver product development business cases
  • Define commercial agreement structures with clients and partners
  • Prepare and present commercial terms risk reviews for product development
  • Write, review, negotiate, and administer NDAs and proposals
  • Manage MOUs, LOIs, and various contract types
  • Negotiate fixed price, lump sum, and fee-reimbursable contracts
  • Administer turnkey EPC and EPCM contracts
  • Manage master services and master supply agreements
  • Negotiate JV, sales coordination, and consortium agreements
  • Draft managed services and technology licensing agreements
  • Administer industrial equipment leasing and confidentiality agreements
  • Prepare and manage performance guarantees and letters of credit
  • Administer documentary credits and secondary contractual documents
  • Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Tax, and Finance departments
  • Ensure agreements comply with corporate mandates and client requirements
  • Manage commercial activities for new clients, vendors, and projects
  • Track commercial project elements with Project Controls personnel
  • Conduct contract reviews with Project, Operations, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with all contract deliverables
  • Execute commercial contract requirements while advocating corporate policies
