Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial, contract, revenue operations, or program management
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to design, manage, and improve operational workflows
- Familiarity with GDPR/UK-GDPR
- Familiarity with data-processing obligations
- Familiarity with customer assurance expectations in EMEA
- Organization and detail-focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
- Experience with CLM tools
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with workflow automation platforms
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Passion for creating repeatable, efficient, and compliant processes
Tasks
- Administer customer contracts and compliance documentation
- Manage workflows, routing, approvals, and documentation
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements
- Coordinate customer-facing compliance responses, including security questionnaires, ESG forms, data-protection documentation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date compliance materials
- Train and support Sales teams on contracting workflows, processes, global rules, and policy requirements
- Provide clear guidance on process steps, documentation needs, operational expectations
- Partner with Operations to ensure consistency with global commercial standards
- Maintain and improve contracts repository, template library, internal documentation
- Support enhancements to CLM systems, Salesforce integrations, automation initiatives
- Ensure accurate, consistent contract metadata, audit trails, documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate contracting, compliance workflows
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to scale commercial operations
- Champion operational excellence, consistency across commercial processes
