Building multi-channel sales pipeline for cloud contact center solutions via cold calling and social selling. Fluent German and English, plus proven commercial sales experience with new business track record required. Structured sales support with SDRs and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent German and English
- Proven experience in commercial sales roles
- Track record of driving new business opportunities
- Track record of expanding existing business
- Strong hunter mentality
- Willingness to own success from pipeline generation to bookings
- Proven experience creating self-generated opportunities
- Enjoyment of Net New Logo challenges
- Strongly preferred experience in software or technology sales
- Big plus: existing experience in AI-focused sales
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Ability to build rapport and trust with internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environment

Tasks
- Build and manage a multi-channel sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Partners, and Marketing teams.
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Generate pipeline through cold calling, social selling, and networking.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans.
- Lead the full sales cycle.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions.
- Map AI solutions to prospect business goals.
- Coordinate internal resources for high-value AI deals.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene.
- Ensure accurate deal stages and forecast dates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Position Talkdesk as a premier CXA/AI provider.
- Provide reliable weekly revenue forecasts.
