Requirements

Tasks

  • Build and manage a multi-channel sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Partners, and Marketing teams.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Generate pipeline through cold calling, social selling, and networking.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans.
  • Lead the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions.
  • Map AI solutions to prospect business goals.
  • Coordinate internal resources for high-value AI deals.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene.
  • Ensure accurate deal stages and forecast dates.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Position Talkdesk as a premier CXA/AI provider.
  • Provide reliable weekly revenue forecasts.
