CMS Operations Planner (Operations Research Analyst 3)(m/w/x)

Requirements

• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
• Prior experience in Operational planning concepts and employment
• Prior experience in Joint Planning Process
• Possession and maintenance of TS/SCI clearance
• Associate's degree with minimum 7 years recent specialized experience OR recognized major industry certification with at least 7 years recent specialized experience OR 11 years recent specialized experience without degree or certification
• Highly desired background in DoD IAMD capabilities
• Highly desired background in JADC2 operational capabilities
• Desired information operations concepts and operational planning
• Capability to work in office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment
• Capability of climbing ladders
• Tolerance for confined spaces and extreme temperature variances

Tasks

• Analyze PMESII factors influencing military and political strategy
• Analyze PMESII factors influencing military operations
• Assess PMESII factors impacting JADC2 integration
• Assess PMESII factors impacting Air and Missile Defense integration
• Integrate U-A regional strategies into operational planning processes
• Integrate U-A regional strategies into crisis action planning processes
• Coordinate OPLAN and EXORD development
• Coordinate crisis action planning orders development
• Coordinate OPT membership
• Coordinate CONPLAN re-writes
• Provide IAMD operational planning input for JLL databases
• Provide research products for JLL databases
• Analyze IAMD or JADC2 planning processes
• Devise courses of action for equipment, weapons, and tactics
• Devise courses of action for strategy and doctrine
• Devise courses of action for organization, training, and facilities
• Provide JMDMP planning and operations support
• Support IAMD/JADC2 mission development and planning
• Support IAMD/JADC2 mission coordination, management, and execution
• Provide operational, exercise, and engagement planning support
• Provide subject matter expert (SME) support
• Identify JADC2 systems and capabilities
• Integrate JADC2 systems and capabilities into a U.S. Component AOC
• Advise AADC on joint and allied air defense
• Advise AADC on space and missile defense
• Advise AADC on joint interface control
• Advise AADC on C2 datalink architectures
• Advise AADC on JADC2 operations
• Advise AADC on JADC2 network implementation
• Perform additional duties as assigned
